Finally found a multi-vitamin that doesn't make me nauseous. These are easily digestible and I seem to have more energy.

I was always a GNC women's Multi fan - however I notice more energy and slight overall better feeling while taking this multi? I will reorder again.

My headaches have gone away. Maybe I was missing something in my diet. So far the only drawback is some stomach issues, heartburn, ect.

I have been taking these vitamins for almost 6 months and it sure beats any other vitamin I have tried. My menopause symptoms have vertually disappeared!
